From soft, modern waves to refined up-styles and classic bridal finishes, every look is tailored to complement your makeup, dress, and overall vision.

Hair services are quoted separately once your requirements are confirmed and are subject to availability. When booked together, hair and makeup are managed seamlessly under the Makeup by Kelly + Co team, ensuring a calm, organised, and elevated experience on the wedding morning.

All bridal makeup is performed by Kelly, Director & Lead Artist of Makeup by Kelly + Co.

All bridal packages are priced for makeup services provided by Kelly.
If Kelly is unavailable on your date, a trusted artist from the Makeup by Kelly & Co team may be offered at an alternative rate.

Your bridal experience remains consistent, curated, and elevated, with Kelly overseeing all bookings and artist allocations to ensure the same refined Makeup by Kelly standard across the team.

Yes — we are a fully mobile team.

All packages include travel within Sydney CBD and surrounding areas (up to 30 minutes each way from our base).
For locations beyond this, a travel fee of $1 per minute applies, calculated using the fastest GPS route.

For weddings over 3 hours away, interstate, or destination bookings, overnight accommodation will be required. A custom travel and accommodation quote will be provided.

We regularly travel for interstate and international bookings, including Europe.

Destination bookings are quoted individually and include travel, accommodation, and logistics planning to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

To ensure your wedding day flows effortlessly, a bridal trial is highly recommended. This dedicated 2-hour appointment allows us to refine your look in person — exploring makeup and/or hair options, selecting a finish you love, and recreating it with intention and precision.

Reference photos are taken and a detailed record of products and techniques is kept, ensuring your chosen look can be replicated seamlessly on the wedding day.

While trials are typically booked for the bride, mothers, bridesmaids, or close family members may also book a trial if desired. Many brides choose to schedule their trial alongside another event to make the most of their finished look.

As a guide:

• Bride: approximately 75–90 minutes

• Bridesmaids / guests: approximately 60 minutes each

We create a personalised run sheet for your morning to ensure everything runs calmly and on time.

Yes — all Makeup by Kelly + Co packages are fully customisable, subject to availability. Additional hair or makeup services can be added at $260 per guest, allowing us to tailor your booking seamlessly to your wedding day vision and schedule.

Once your booking is confirmed, services and guest numbers cannot be reduced, as your date is secured based on the artists and time reserved exclusively for you. However, additional services or guests may be added where availability allows.

Should extra artists or assistants be required, this will be reflected in your updated quote. Any additions will be applied to your final invoice, with the total investment adjusted accordingly.

We have a minimum Bridal booking fee of $1000.00 for Friday and Saturday bookings

We use professional, luxury, and long-wearing products from trusted brands such as Dermalogica ,MAC, NARS, Charlotte Tilbury, Laura Mercier, and more.

All products are selected based on performance, skin type, photography, and longevity — especially for weddings.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a Bridal Skin Preparation Guide outlining tailored skincare recommendations, treatment considerations, and ideal timing in the lead-up to your wedding.

For all of our brides, we recommend working with Matty Samaei of Medispa by Matty for skin preparation from as early as 12–18 months prior to the wedding. Matty is a highly respected registered nurse and trusted celebrity skin expert, specialising in refined, non-surgical skin treatments with a considered, results-driven approach.

As Makeup by Kelly is situated within Medispa by Matty, we’re able to thoughtfully align your bridal makeup trial with a professional skin consultation on the same day, allowing your skin and makeup planning to be approached holistically.

Any facial waxing or tweezing should be completed at least one week prior to your wedding day, as these treatments can occasionally trigger irritation or breakouts.

On the day, please arrive with clean skin only and no makeup or moisturiser applied, allowing us to prep your skin correctly for a flawless, long-wear finish.

Second Bridal Hair or Makeup look: From $300

This is perfect for long wedding days, outfit changes, or evening transformations.

We recommend booking 8–12 months in advance, especially during peak seasons. We only take one wedding per day, so once your date is secured, our full attention is on you.

Beautiful wedding hair starts with considered preparation. We recommend maintaining regular trims and colour appointments in the months leading up to your wedding, with your final cut or colour booked 7–10 days prior so everything has time to settle.

The night before your wedding, wash your hair thoroughly — ideally shampooing twice and conditioning once. Avoid products that contain heavy silicones, as these can make the hair overly soft and slippery, reducing hold and longevity.

After washing, blow-dry your hair as smoothly as possible. This doesn’t need to be a professional blow-dry, and we recommend avoiding hot tools such as straighteners or curling irons. Please do not apply any styling products, oils, serums, or smoothing creams to the hair.

If your hair is particularly thick, coarse, or prone to frizz, you may choose to have a simple professional blow-dry the day prior to save time — however, this is entirely optional, and our team can work confidently with your hair on the day.

On the wedding morning, please arrive with clean, dry hair and no product applied. We also recommend wearing a loose cotton button-up shirt or robe to avoid disturbing your hairstyle when changing. For low buns or styles worn at the nape, avoiding collars is especially helpful.

Any additional preparation guidance will be confirmed during your trial to ensure your hair is perfectly prepped for your chosen style.
