Everything you need to know before securing your date with us.
1. How far in advance should I book my bridal hair and makeup?
We recommend booking 8–12 months in advance, especially during peak seasons. We only take one wedding per day, so once your date is secured, our full attention is on you.
2. What if Kelly isn’t available on my date?
If Kelly is already booked, we’ll offer one of our Senior Artists — Eliza or Sammy — who have been hand-selected and trained under Kelly’s direction. Your bridal experience remains consistent, curated, and elevated.
3. Can I customise a package or add extra guests?
Yes. All packages can be customised. You can add hair or makeup services for $260 per guest, or tailor the services to suit your specific needs. We're here to create a beauty plan that works for you. If we require extra artists / assistants for extra guests an additional fee will be added to your quote.
4. Do you offer bridal previews? Where are they held?
Absolutely. We offer 2-hour previews each for both hair and makeup. Makeup trials with Kelly are held at our Double Bay location. Hair or Makeup trials with other artists or your hair stylist can be held in the comfort of your home. This is where we fine-tune your bridal look and ensure you feel completely confident. Previews are $400 each and are included in each package option.
Do you travel to us on the wedding day?
Yes — we are a fully mobile team.
All packages include complimentary travel within 30 minutes of Double Bay (where we’re based). For locations beyond that, a travel fee of $1 per minute applies, calculated using the fastest route on GPS.
For weddings over 3 hours away, interstate, or destination bookings, we’re more than happy to travel! In these cases, overnight accommodation will be required so we can arrive fresh and fully prepared for your big day. Simply let us know your wedding location, and we’ll send you a custom travel and accommodation quote.
How long will hair and makeup take on the wedding day?
We’ll create a detailed morning schedule for you. Typically, we allow 1.25–1.5 hours for the bride, and 45–60 minutes per guest, depending on their hair and makeup requirements.
Do you offer touch-up services throughout the day?
Yes — we offer half-day and full-day artist touch-up packages, perfect if you'd like a second look or a personal artist on hand throughout your photos and celebrations. Just let us know during your enquiry.
Do I need to know my final numbers before I book?
We totally understand it can be hard to confirm final numbers so far in advance. You can secure your date with our minimum package ($1,200), and simply add extra guests later once your plans are confirmed!
